Our February meeting was well attended with two new potential members, which was a great way to start the New Year.

It was good to see we had both versions of photographs (digital and prints) presented for our Club Competition. Some time was spent looking at the digital images and discussing how they could be altered to improve the ‘shot’. Now it is over to each photographer to decide which three photos they will bring back for judging. Just a reminder – these three photos can be either digital (on a memory stick which Denis will ‘copy’ for judging later) or in print form as usual.
The subject for our March meeting is Animals and Birds. (Yes Vin, Insects are allowed, so we can see more of your incredible macro shots.)
The workshop on Saturday 27th Feb. at the Stone Store Basin was a great success.

Denis gave out the list of photographic tasks to complete and away we went. Some tasks were very challenging, but most members agreed they learnt a lot more about camera settings than they knew previously.
